Seeking experienced individual for full time position.


Job Responsibilities:

    • Answer phones
    • Provide general information to potential customers
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
    • Process contracts
    • Review documents for accuracy
    • Scan documents
    • Maintain an accurate customer database for all correspondence
    • Provide general administrative support to Office Manager and Sales Staff

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Minimum 2 years administrative office experience
