WAREHOUSE MANAGER

ProActive Solutions USA is a manufacturer of sanitizers, cleaning chemicals and animal health products for a multitude of industries. Our growth and success since 1971 has not slowed down and we are excited to add a qualified and positive individual to our HR staff. The HR Generalist will be working directly with our Director of HR and will have the opportunity to be exposed to a fascinating and growing industry with multiple divisions and entities.

What you will do

Candidate will be responsible to assist in all normal HR functions of the company and its entities. The Generalist will be responsible for (but not limited to) Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compliance, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, Benefits administration and maintain HR Databases, deadlines and upholding all policies and procedures. You will also be assisting the managers and other employees in performance, disciplinary scenarios and training opportunities.

What you need to have

For this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years recent and related HR work experience. Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred or the equivalent coursework and work experience. Additional requirements include having experience working in a manufacturing and office environments, proven skills with Microsoft Suite, HRIS systems. We will also require this person is able to proactively find solutions and uphold the highest level of integrity and confidentially throughout their role with the organization.

Candidate for this role must be bilingual.
