The energy industry will continue to evolve and therefore businesses must be ready to clearly articulate their vision for the industry and differentiate their position in the marketplace. Cannon Consulting provides a voice for innovative energy companies. We take complex technologies and services and make them accessible to the consumers.


We are seeking a Customer Advocate (No Experience Needed) to join our team! This position that we offer is located in Washington, D.C. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

This is a great work atmosphere with motivated people willing to learn and teach others how to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer questions and needs

  • Provide information about the products and services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail

  • Ability to build a relationship with clients

  • Ability to maximize your time

  • A positive and motivated attitude

  • Willing to learn

  • Can work without supervision
