DRIFT is taking the market by a storm through our innovative efforts of helping bring the best out of businesses. We're known for our quick reactions and ability to drift past the competition- which means we want to bring on the best talent to our team.

This is an entry-level role with direct training, no prior management experience is required. Candidates with an amazing work ethic and student mentality are desired for this role as we are looking for top talent!


Qualifications:

  • Diligent work ethic

  • Prior customer service or management experience is preferred, but not required

  • Full-time availability

  • Must be 18 or over, and have the ability to commute to Santa Ana, CA (Orange County)

Are you interested in working with companies within the Sports and Entertainment industries?

We work with companies to increase their consumer base and provide positive engagement strategies for our clients. Our Customer Assistant will represent our clients by providing outstanding customer service and support to their network of customers. You will be in charge of providing great service, helping train and mentor others, and provide insightful feedback of our events, quality and service.


Some responsibilities will include...

  • Managing the completion of tasks assigned to the team

  • Train new managers on both front and back-end duties

  • Measure effectiveness of strategies through various performance metrics

  • Optimize processes through implemented strategies with other cross-functional departments

  • Oversee marketing department and ensure team is being developed as a unit

  • Shadow upper-level managers to increase knowledge and efficiency of position

  • Learn to conduct interviews and answer client emails

  • Manage results through a database and immediately resolve issues as needed

  • Coordinate staff meetings, conferences and promotion ceremonies

  • Assist with other tasks as necessary
