Responsibilities:
· Present, promote, and sell products/services using proven sales techniques to existing and prospective customers
· Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
· Provide solutions for every customer in order to boost customer service, retention, and customer acquisition
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Track sales and status reports
· This position involves one to one sales-based interaction with customers in our Big Box Retail partnership locations
Requirements:
· Friendly and positive attitude
· Great customer service experience along with ability to build customer rapport and relationships
· Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in hitting goals
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
· BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, promotional marketing, restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
