Desktop Support Analyst

IDR’s largest client is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst in Liberty, MO to join their team! 

Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Analyst:

  • Respond to tickets of employees experiencing software or hardware issues
  • Keeping track of problem resolutions
  • Helps other Information Systems staff in resolving problems
  • Performs user administration on servers or server applications
  • Partakes in deployment projects
  • Proactively provide solutions to decrease the amount of help desk calls and streamline problem resolution

Requirements of the Desktop Support Analyst:

  • 2+ years of help desk/ desktop support related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant training and experience
  • Ability to travel is required based on needs of assignments
  • Experience with Windows 10, Office 365
