Job Description

Bravura Health is looking for a highly-driven, results oriented individual to join our sales team in Nashville, TN.

Through the creation and management of MetaClinics, Bravura is creating environments where employees can take control of their own health, where employers can take control of their health care costs, and where the true value of proactive health care and wellness programs can be realized.

This position requires expertise in all aspects of the sales process.  Therefore, one must have a track record of finding and closing new opportunities as well as developing business relationships with accounts that the sales person closes. This is a consultative solution-based sales position – you must be able to sell on value and not on price. Having excellent problem-solving skills is critical in helping our clients achieve success.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a determined and motivated individual with the following experience, skills, and unique characteristics:

  • Self-confident and coachable.
  • Optimistic in the opportunity to succeed and persistent in your pursuit.
  • A self-starter - takes initiative and needs little supervision.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering on expectations and in achievement of goals.
  • Ability to deliver on sales revenue goals using Bravura Health’s defined sales processes.
  • Ability to meet and exceed comprehensive and challenging activity goals and sales expectations.
  • Prior success selling to owner, president, C-suite and executive levels of large corporations, small and medium-size businesses, manufacturing firms and government agencies.
  • A successful history of closing business in industries with long sales cycles (3-6 months on average).
  • A track record of closing new business.
  • Networking and building long term relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building creative technical solutions for prospects.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and overcome objections.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - can effectively and respectfully communicate within every level at a company.
  • Effective analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills (can gather and analyze data and information and draw conclusions).  
  • Works well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Internet usage (e-mail).

5 years outside sales or related experience is required to apply.  

Experience with selling in the following industries is helpful but not required:

  • Employer-sponsored health care clinics
  • Direct primary care
  • Employer wellness
  • Health care
  • Risk Management

Experience selling business consulting services is helpful but not required.  

Travel outside of the territory for the position will be approximately 50-80% of the time. You will be based in the greater Nashville, TN area.
