- Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors.
- Answering phones, route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
- Office / Administrative duties such as filing, faxing, copying, etc.
- Excellent customer service and a bright, professional personality
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Receptionist in an office environment
- Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
