Office Manager / Automotive Office Manager 
 

High Volume dealership has an opportunity for a full time Office Manager to join their team! Apply today! 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Hiring, directing and coordinating the dealership’s support staff, as well as setting goals and deadlines for the accounting department
  • Preparing title work for all sold vehicles on a timely basis
  • Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Performing monthly reconciliation of accounting schedules, bank and finance accounts, and preparation of the manufacturers financial statement
  • Analyzing internal processes and recommending and implementing procedural or policy changes to improve operations budgeting, acquiring, distributing and storing supplies
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:  

  • Prior experience as an office manager at a high-volume dealership required
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work well with personnel and vendors to resolve problems
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Verifiable references
