Job Requirements

  • Directly handles notifications, interest and fees, borrowings, repayments and complex compliance reporting for the company’s debt facilities.

    Directs the global cash reporting for multiple bank accounts in the U.S., Canada, UK, France, Ireland, Poland, Luxembourg, Belgium and India.

    Provides executive management (CEO, CFO, CAO) with global cash forecasts, compiling and reviewing data from multiple bank accounts and global entities and multiple business functions (e.g.: finance, legal, operations, HR), making recommendations regarding cash balance concerns, timing of major expenditures, interest payments, and capital expenditures – well in excess of $10 million per week.

    Provides executive management with variance analysis of global cash spending.

    Liaison with the company’s corporate banks for matters related to account management, authorized parties, fees and account analysis.

    Is the primary banking administrator for the US, Canadian and EMEA bank accounts.

    Reviews all disbursements each week and makes recommendations to the CFO and CAO regarding which payments to release.

    Handles approximately $26 million in Letters of Credits as well as Surety and Performance Bonds for the global company that directly support customer requirements and operating needs.

    Handle foreign exchange transactions between various international countries.

    Assists FP&A with developing key inputs into the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement for the annual plan and quarterly forecasts.

The Global Treasury Manager Consultant – Treasury and Cash Management directs the global treasury and cash management operations of the company.  The role directs cash management, payment streams, executive cash reviews, process re-engineering and shared services consolidation efforts across Treasury & Finance functions.   This role directly works with the Chief Accounting Officers in the US, UK, and India to maintain and advise executive management regarding cash management and system requirements in order to attain operating and cost efficiencies and to prioritize weekly payments ranging of over $10 million per week for the US, $1 million per week for Canada, and $3-$15 million per week for EMEA and India.
