Job Description

Accounting Administration Assistant

Hours: 5 days per week, located in Our head quarter Bellmawr NJ office (this position is open for part time also for four hours per day though we prefer full time)

Rate / hr / Salary - DOE

Work Address - 440 Benigno Blvd, Unit # A-5 Bellmawr NJ 08031

Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing AP and AR invoices by entering data, filing, scanning and staying organized.

Assist with putting data into Quick books.

Need to raise invoices to various clients.

Need to enter invoices from the vendors to quickbooks.

Email and phone call followup with pending invoices.

Update the vendors regarding the payments.

Process all the checks payments for all the vendors every month.

Collect Time sheets from all the consultants who are working on w2, 1099 and corp to corp.

Interface regularly with department members as well as colleagues from partner line functions and will be expected to interact appropriately.

Requirements:

Must be proficient in MS Excel and have a general understanding of the accounting cycle.

Must have strong knowledge and experience with Quickbooks (need to do all the entry properly). (NO EXCEPTION)

Computer savvy- will be working in various computer programs. Training will be provided.

Must be detail oriented and a quick study.

No lifting will be required. Must be detail orientated.

Make no errors with all the proper entries.

Must be proficient with MS Outlook, MS WORD.

Excellent communication skills needed.

Job Information:

Full time or part time based on your availability

Reports to the president of the company

Working condition - Small Office with three members working. Free Parking. Family based atmosphere.
