Concierge

Paul Spring Retirement and Assisted Living Community is looking for a Full-time concierge to work weekdays 1pm - 9pm. The concierge greets all visitors to the community, answers the telephone, transfers calls, takes accurate messages and directs residents if necessary. We offer a limited benefit package to our full-time team members which includes medical, dental and a competitive 401K plan.


The concierge is responsible for the following, though not limited to:

  • Manages both external and internal calls; transferring, taking messages, and communicating messages  in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Monitors and greets visitors, families, and potential residents to the community.
  • Keeps front desk and lobby area clean and neat at all times.
  • Assists with coordinating van schedule for residents.
  • Follows confidentiality policies regarding release of resident information.
  • Performs general administrative duties for all departments.
  • Proficiency in computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as the ability to learn new applications
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be considerate, neat and well groomed and professional in appearance. Must dress in appropriate uniform.
  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively and can sit for extended periods.
  • Must possess the ability to function in a busy surrounding.
  • Must be able to do light typing.
  • Must have strong customer service skills.
  • Must be able to exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. 
  • Must posses strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
