Administrative Assistant

 

About our client: A well-managed and stable nonprofit group

 

Not-for-profit foundation is seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to the foundation’s leadership.  This individual will be responsible for the maintenance of the donor database, preparing reports on donor activities to leadership.  In addition, will have responsibility for preparing grants to support the foundation and managing the request for monetary disbursements.

Job Requirements

Preferred qualifications:

 

3 years of experience in a similar role with a not-for-profit foundation

Experience working with a donor database

Basic accounting knowledge

High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Ability to communicate with professionals
