Job Requirements

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, text, or social media, taking appropriate action to ensure each customer receives world-class customer service.

• Assist customers with website navigation, online checkout process, or technical issues.

• Provide detailed notes and documentation for each customer interaction.

• Maintain acceptable productivity, schedule adherence, and utilization levels.

• Maintain in-depth, detailed, current knowledge of all products, including warranty/returns/refunds policies and procedures.

• Depending on assignment, may be tasked with any number of administrative processes, including returns, warranties, exchanges, cancellations, chargebacks, financing and payment options, fulfillment issues, showroom support, front desk/reception, etc.

We are looking for experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our team! you will be expected to handle questions about our products, warranties, return policy, and shipping. You'll get to sell and up-sell. Customers contact us by phone, text-based chat, email, and social media. We will train you on the information you need to present accurate information, but we are also looking for people with strong communication skills that can share the information in personalized, sometimes quirky ways.
