  • Assisting other departments with administrative duties
  • Filing and general office administration
  • Undertaking any other tasks/duties
  • Answering general queries by telephone
  • Shooting any administrative tasks for team
  • Assist with general office duties requested from other departments
  • Carry out any other appropriate duties
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration tasks
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and other support
  • Providing cover for other administration team members
  • Carry out any other office or property management related duties
  • Undertake a range of administrative tasks as required by the service
  • Assist in general office administration, any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities
  • Maintain filing system of all correspondence
  • Providing excellent customer service when answering inbound customer queries
  • Provide general office administrative services
  • Providing administrative assistance including updating spreadsheets typing correspondence and filing
  • Resolve any queries on purchase invoices with the relevant supplier
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks
  • Distribute all incoming daily post
  • Payroll, billing, AP, AR

We are actively searching for an entry level Administrative Assistant... There are 3 positions available in West Deptford, Moorestown and Marlton, NJ

The following skills are required:

*Strong excel and typing skills

*Creation of pamphlets, brochures, notices and other materials as needed

*Bilingual to produce materials in Spanish

*Hours: 8AM to 4:30 PM

  • Assisting other departments with administrative duties
