Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duration: 4+ Months (Possible extension)
Location: Warrendale, PA 15086
Comment Work from Home until Covid Restriction
Hours - Monday-Friday (930-6)
Required Training will be provided to perform responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling 80 – 100 calls on an average in a day.
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Handling every call with politeness and professionalism.
· Responsible for tagging every call in the system.
· Excellent experience of helping customers with their queries, complains and requests.
