Our client is a technology company. They are searching for an Office Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office.

  • Oversee the reception area to answer the telephone and welcome visitors 
  • Maintain and adjust office areas and equipment to maximize space
  • Ensure office space is clean and tidy including closets, storage space, and lobby
  • Manage the purchasing of all office supplies, furniture, equipment, snacks, etc. 
  • Ensure office equipment is in working order and contact vendors to arrange for repairs
  • Serve as the Administrator for several office systems including OfficeVibe, Sine, Spoke, etc.
  • Coordinate with IT and People team for employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant office management and administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to pick up new systems
  • Comfortable rolling up sleeves to fix office equipment, assemble furniture, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and have the resourcefulness to get things done
