Job Summary

**YOU MUST HAVE WORKED IN A RETAIL TIRE STORE to be considered for this position!**

Looking for customer service driven sales associates with the willingness to go above and beyond to deliver a great in-store experience for our customer base. Computer literacy is a must and typing skills are a huge plus. We are also looking for associates that can be quickly developed into Store Managers. Must be honest, hard-working, and possess great leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

Handling customers from start to finish. Walking the vehicle prior to working with the customer. Starting work orders, estimating inspections, ordering parts and tires, receiving, and cash handling. Giving good, honest advise to customers about their repair and maintenance needs. Miscellaneous duties at assigned by management.


Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 90 of employment, certification reimbursement, paid vacations and holidays. Two days off a week. Opportunity for advancement.


Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

* Must have retail Tire Store experience

* A High School Diploma or GED

* Must be computer literate

* Must be able to read and write English

* Must have a valid Driver License

* Ability to lift an object weighting up to 60 pounds

* Ability to be on your feet all day long

* A customer-focused attitude

* A Team Leader/Coach with a high level of motivation and  energy

* Typing skills are a plus
