Administrative Sales Assistant

Ronco is seeking an experienced Administrative Sales Assistant (part-time) for its Specialized Division in the Charlotte, NC area. The qualified candidate would be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales team, to include supporting the team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.


  • Primary phone coverage (first to answer all incoming calls)
  • Assist the corporate office with collections calls on overdue accounts
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail and maintain postage for the office
  • Assist the sales department with the contract review process
  • Maintain visitor log
  • Oversee the front office and office conference room to ensure a professional image is maintained
  • Assist sales department with any catering needs for meetings
  • Inspect and sign for all warehouse deliveries
  • Serve as point of contact for building maintenance and seasonal landscaping companies
  • Record keeping for both sales and operation departments
  • Assist in RFP preparation and sales proposals
  • Process small orders for sales
  • Assist with submittal preparation and submissions
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Previous experience in an administrative and or customer service role
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
