Job Description

We’re searching for Full time temp and temp to hire administrative professionals for great companies in the Doral/Medley area! Office Professionals are responsible for a diverse range of entry level administrative support needs. Must be able to work independently, with limited supervision at times.

Job duties can include:

  • Answering phones and front desk management
  • Customer Service
  • Filing, handling mail, as well as other office-related tasks, such as data-entry and typing

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish are a must. 
  • Applicants must have a professional appearance and grooming
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Accurately type 30+ words per minute
