Package Sorter/Material Handler
SVS Group is looking for 100+ people to work in our Logistic Company out in Hebron, KY . We are looking to get people started ASAP! This does require a federal background check and a drug screen as you will be working in a federal facility.
What you will be doing:
This position will be responsible for daily picking, shipping, and kitting of orders.
• Picking – Ability to walk for extended periods of time. Will be using a handheld RF with ring scanner. Must be able to identify and match numbers. Attention to detail and some problem solving involved.
• Shipping – Ability to stand in one spot for extended periods of time. Must be able to navigate using our internal shipping application. Attention to detail and quality focused.
• Kitting – Ability to stand in one spot for extended periods of time. Fast paced environment packing items with exact placement. Attention to detail and quality focused.
Shift:
- We several shifts available including weekends. (Possible OT)
Pay: $14.00/hr up to $ 17.00/hr
Job Requirements:
- Lift up to 20+ pounds
- Some positions require you to use an Electric Pallet Jack or drive Forklift
- Be reliable
- Basic math skills
- Great attitude
- Stand on feet all day
