- Build and maintain the highest level of customer service to our customers. Be courteous, always greet and thank all customers.
- Initiate or handle incoming calls with customers by phone.
- Take customer orders over the phone.
- Communicate product knowledge, service features, and benefits.
- Coordinate administrative duties, such as filing, completing forms, making copies.
