Call Center Representative (Virtual)
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

- Follow call center scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation.
- Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
