Inside Sales Representative/Account Management:                                             

 

Oregon Wire Products, a steadily growing American based manufacturing company (since 1973) is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to expand their growing business, based in the Portland, OR corporate office.

 

This person will be responsible for general account management on multiple accounts, including:

 

       Answering inbound calls and turning qualifying opportunities intosales

       Proactively making outbound calls from a marketed list of leads

       Achieve assigned sales goals and customer contact frequency

       Managing the accounts created and servicing customers to their business needs

      Ability to become well versed and knowledgeable on all products

       Corresponding via email to new inquiries as well as existing costumer communication

       Preparing and sending quotes for prospective business / sales

       Data entry and filing (Computer Savvy) 

      Greeting and assisting walk-in business 

       Scanning/copying/faxing, organizing files/tracking and sending documents

       General assistance to the business when needed

 

The Inside Sales Representative must be proactive, motivated, have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, ability to work on a team-based environment as well as individually, excellent customer service skills, organization skills, and analytical abilities. The Inside Sales Representative must be compotent in Microsoft Excel, and proficient in additional Microsoft Office applications. Netsuite or SalesForce software preferred but not required. Prior proven Inside Sales Experience preferred. Previous exposure to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) a plus. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.  Experience in Manufacturing (even in a class room setting) a plus.
