We are looking for Call Center Representatives who combine a passion for providing an excellent customer service experience with the ability to function equally well in a team setting or on an individual basis. You should also have the time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment. It is also vital that you display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills.

Additional requirements for this CSR role include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A natural ability to communicate with people, especially on the phone
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for helping people
  • Solid problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of windows-based software
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
  • Experience working in a Customer Service related field or call center environment, a plus
