Shift: Several Shifts available November 13th-17th
6:00am-2:30pm
8:00am-4:30pm
10:30am-7:00pm
12:00pm-9:30pm
3:30pm-11:00pm

We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative who:
The Technical Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer technical support requests and identifying, isolating and resolving incidents with information system products and services. The focus of the work is to identify and resolve technical problems in a timely and accurate manner.
Technical Customer Service Representative Required Skills:
• Intermediate - advanced knowledge and experience of operating systems
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Skill in solving basic technical problems quickly
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and technical staff to resolve problems
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and focus
