Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working behind the scenes in an administrative position? As a Document Specialist, you will work closely with a team of Title Clerks, assisting them with gathering required state documents and supporting the overall lien perfection process within a Fortune 500 Company.

Responsibilities:

  • The Document Specialist will be required to track and report team productivity results and team portfolio volumes in Excel as well as perform data entry, sorting, tracking, and electronic or physical filing of loan documents
  • The ideal Document Specialist will possess great attention to detail and be able to type effectively
  • The Document Specialist should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • The Document Specialist must be dependable and display the ability to drive towards results
  • The Document Specialist should be able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • The Document Specialist should display a great level of flexibility and be willing to learn while receiving on the job training with no formal classroom training available

Department schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3+ years of data entry experience
  • Moderate Excel experience
  • High Level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Must be able to meet schedule requirements
  • Must report to the corporate office
