NextStep Recruiting has been engaged by a client in the mid-cities area, as they are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist/Coordinator to join their organization on a contract to hire basis. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring payments are applied in a timely manner and that clients are aware of overdue balances. Seeking someone with two years of experience, that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable calling on corporate clients to discuss outstanding invoices. Must be systems savvy, and be experienced working within Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and accounting systems. Responsible for high volume cash applications
Daily B2B collection calls
Weekly aging report review
Bad debt review
