Are you a CPA and looking to grow your career? IntegriSource is working with a preeminent regional accounting firm who has an immediate need to add an Audit Director to their growing team. They are seeking a CPA with eight or more years’ performing audit and consulting services for state and local governments. Your experience must include a detailed understanding of government accounting and auditing standards, experience with state and federal single audits, financial statement preparation, and an understanding of internal control systems in a government environment.

If you have the following credentials, we welcome the opportunity to talk with you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Licensed CPA and current with all applicable CPE requirements
  • 8+ years’ recent experience in public accounting
  • 4+ years’ experience as a manager with a public accounting firm
  • Experience utilizing online accounting software
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Plan, supervise and control numerous audit or consulting engagements simultaneously.
  • Supervise various levels of team members; provide feedback to them and evaluate their progress.
  • Perform supervisory and technical review of engagement file and completed financial statements prepared in accordance with Government Accounting Standards.
  • Relevant leadership experience within the government industry.
  • Assume significant responsibilities for existing client relationships.
  • Acts as a leader within the firm’s management group and be responsible for overseeing or performing certain firm administrative activities.
  • Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the Firm.
  • Able to apply the firm’s policies relevant to engagement risk and be able to conclude that engagement files adhere to established quality control standards.
