Virtual Classroom and Virtual OJT training 9a-5:30p Monday –Friday
Tuesday - Saturday, 12:30pm-9pm
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, 10:30 am-9 pm

*Work from Home – Must have a quiet secured space and reliable internet connectivity*

Initially, you will be required to work from home and/or remotely in this role and will require the following:
• Internet Service Provider at home (no public WiFi or Internet)
• Sufficient room to set up a laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse
• Comfortable space to work for a full shift
• Quiet, private and SECURE space in which to work

BILINGUAL POSITIONS – Must read, write and speak Spanish and English fluently

Displays passion, integrity, commitment and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our clients’ financial lives
Commitment to excellent attendance and proven reliability and can work the agreed upon schedule
Dependable team-player attitude with an understanding that calls must be handled immediately, including weekends and holidays
Communicates effectively and confidently with all clients to make their financial lives better
Ability to engage with clients - begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a client will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections


1+ year of customer/client service experience, including experience handling difficult client situations
At least an intermediate level of computer proficiency.
