We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Designate/Branch Admin for our Lebanon, OH facility. This individual will report to the General Manager and performs HR duties at this branch which has approximately 72 employees.

Responsibilities

• Local Human Resource Designate duties which include: help employees resolve payroll issues; answer questions about the employee Handbook; assist with general

Benefits questions; help local managers with the hiring process; and assist with other HR issues such as disciplinary action and terminations as needed.
• Office administrator duties include tasks such as ordering supplies, writing routine correspondence, assisting visitors, coordinating meetings, etc.
• Coordinator of the Education and Training TPM Pillar.

 

Qualifications (Skills - Education - Experience)

• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience 
• Minimum of 2 years HR experience with increasing responsibility

• Must be committed to fairness and adherence to INX's policies and Handbook

• Professional and friendly demeanor and organized

• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

 

Additional Qualifications Requested or Helpful:

• Familiarity with employment law

• Experience doing Office Management
