Our client is looking for a Customer Service Rep to ensure all contract obligations and scope of work requirements are met for repairs. Maximize profitability targets and identify plant personnel responsible for all products and services.
Job Duties:
- Provide onsite support to meet the customer's scope of work
- Process incoming/outgoing work for customer
- Build effective business relationships with customer representatives
- Present monthly and quarterly metrics to customer
- Makes sales calls on new customers in area (time permitting)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Some college preferred
- 5+ years customer service or related experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
