We are looking for qualified candidates to support sales and client retention through excellent customer service by producing new business and supporting services when needed. This position requires the Sales Executive to visit clients and potential prospects a minimum of 8 hours a week and spend the remaining time in the office soliciting additional prospects, creating submissions and proposals. Contacts current and prospective clients to make health, life, and other related insurance sales.
Develops and acquires new business through sales to new and existing clients and be able to explain available services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
Sell products: commercial insurance, health insurance, and PEO Workers’ Compensation services.
Prepare and implement an individual business plan including creating prospect lists to obtain new accounts.
Apply industry technologies to new sales and additional sales to existing clients.
Ensures the completion and accuracy of submissions to underwriters.
Reviews and analyzes clients’ existing services and needs, recommends services that are best suited for them, and prepares and presents proposals to sell services that best address their needs.
Prepares forms or agreements, closes transactions and secures sales.
Provide direction in account transfer situations.
Delivers customer service by responding promptly to questions and concerns from clients regarding products and services available.
Assists the Service team with general questions.
Participate in team sales situations with other Sales Executives and support personnel.
Keep informed of new services and changes that might affect services offered.
Keep informed of company contract procedures and service prices.
Enters data into the AMS360 software system.
Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience and appropriate insurance licensing required OR; High School Diploma/GED and 6 years’ experience with appropriate insurance licensing required
- 2-20 License required.
- Florida driver’s license.
- Knowledge of programs such as, AMS360, Pipeline Manager, MS Office Suite and Adobe Standard.
