Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
This position will gain experience in using SAP, ordering material from the warehouse on-site to the production line. Majority of this position's time will be focused on ensuring material availability for the production line.
Working in SAP performing transactions to get material from warehouse to the production line. It involves analysis of what has been ordered and what hasn't been ordered. Reacting to changes in priority. Getting feedback from multiple departments to assist in ordering parts. Resolving grief. Working side by side with warehouse supervisor.

Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.
Associate's degree is preferred.
2 years of experience required. SAP experience preferred. Differentiating factor: Industry experience
Willingness to adapt and react quickly to changes on a daily basis. Capability to work with people from all levels of organization.
