The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Manager helps defines programs and communications strategies to reach business goals.
  • Marketing Manager identifies and executes actions/activities to deliver strategies, and analyzes progress and results to measure the effectiveness of actions for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Direct contact and lead with agency partners on brand positioning marketing & advertising
  • Includes digital/social, packaging, sponsorships, licensing agreements, and promotional activities across filtration brands.
  • Collaborates with product managers and legal team to drive programs to support the brand, customer, sales goals.
  • Drives demand filtration brands and branded programs by collaborating with category team members to analyze market trends, product portfolio and develop tools to educate customers and the sales team
  • North American focused on supporting key filtration growth across US and Canadian markets. As needed collaborates with the Mexico marketing team.
  • Develop and manage annual budget-based company guidelines/objectives
  • Develop national programs/promotions that support the objectives established in cooperation with key customers and First Brands Group.
  • Cross-brand collaboration with key team members on corporate events Sales Meetings, WD Meetings, AWDA, AAPEX, SEMA, and similar meetings.
  • As needed attend industry conferences and trade shows





  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or another related field. MBA a plus
  • Experience: 7+ years’ experience in marketing and brand management, executing strategic marketing plans designed for business growth
  • 3+ years’ experience in the automotive or automotive aftermarket business
  • Automotive aftermarket experience a plus, relevant product knowledge and knowledge of customer business
  • Market research experience
  • Required Skills: Strong written and oral communication
  • Strong organizational and budget management skills
  • Self-Starter - Analytical, Leadership acumen to focus, collaborative nature, manage to grow internal and external team members
  • Team Player - Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of social media channels and targeted digital platforms
  • Strong project management skills
  • PowerPoint presentation development and presentation skills, excel and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
