Job Description

SumBridge is hiring an Oracle Functional Analyst for a long term consulting position with a client in the Greater Seattle area. This role is offering competitive compensation as well as healthcare benefits and paid time off. The Oracle Functional Analyst will play a role in designing the order to cash processes for improved solutions. The Analyst will work alongside the business and technology teams to improve on the growing needs of the business. A successful candidate will have expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and the ability to recommend technical improvements to support business requirements. 

Job Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Liaison with internal and external teams to discuss and understand solutions

-Review documents to gain an understanding of the state of the design
-Recommend short and long term trade-offs to the teams

-Spearhead solutions to the complex business issues
-Work with teams in different geographical locations to provide solutions that work in each
-Identify new opportunities to improve processes, systems and procedures
-Help develop and execute any new strategies
-Provide support to the Oracle Financials users addressing function issues as well as questions
-Instruct and educate users through functional knowledge transfer

-Partner with internal and offshore team members in all phases of projects

REQUIREMENTS:

-must have configuration experience, this role will not accommodate sponsorship, and candidates must be able to be physically present in the Seattle area for the duration of the engagement.

-BS degree or equivalent 
-5+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Oracle Financials R12 in a complex, multinational, multi GAAP environment 
-Experience with Oracle Modules of Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Cash Management, General Ledger 
-Experience in Channel Revenue Management and Advanced pricing is a bonus
-Full life-cycle Oracle implementations 
-Good understanding of SQL and PLSQL 
-Production support experience 
-Customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills 
-Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment 
-Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus 
-Ability to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallel 
-Willingness to engage with off-shore team members during their day-time business hours 
-Ability to balance self-sufficiency with asking for help/information 
-Ability to travel internationally
