Job Title: Commercial Service Representative

Location: 400 Summit Drive, Burlington, MA 01803

Duration: 12+ Months (Temp to Perm)

Hybrid model. On-site for 2 months of training and then can work remotely 3 days out of the week on-site 2.

Your Role:

  • This Process Solutions Customer Excellence Trainer position involves working in a high energy, dynamic, and rewarding team environment focused on delivering best-in-class customer support. This individual will be responsible for ensuring each transaction is processed within MilliporeSigma guidelines, values and customer specifications.
  • As a Process Solutions Customer Excellence Trainer, this individual will be required to provide all new hire and customer excellence ERP trainings while continually supporting the development of our employees.
  • As the face of Customer Excellence, it is crucial that this individual acts in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • This individual is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining all Process Solutions Customer Excellence trainings and policies.
  • There will be occasions where you will need to support supplemental and/or individualized trainings as needed.
  • There will also be times when this individual will be expected to assist in managing requests from our customers, including internal and external business partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years of customer service experience in any industry

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associates degree or higher education is preferred.

    • Knowledge of Oracle system and PC applications a plus.

    • Strong knowledge around Millipore's organizational structure, business practices and customer base.

    • Act as a role model of MilliporeSigma’s values and best-in-class business practices.

    • Able to meet the challenges of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism.

    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and written skills, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

    • Excellent listening and telephone communication skills.

    • Highly motivated and organized, with attention to prioritizing incoming tasks.
