Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Exton, PA. The right candidate will have prior inside sales experience, have excellent written & verbal communication skills, and strong mechanical understanding.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process product inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Perform product sizing
• Respond to customer or field sales requests for general product
• Handle expediting of products
• Review customer orders for proper terms and pricing.
• Enter, print and distribute orders
• Process customer change orders
• Close the sale
• Perform quote follow up to determine quote status
• Understand the company’s price and discount schedules
• Handle customer complaints
• Become knowledgeable with Company products
• Issue expediting updates and revised delivery notices

 Job Requirements:

• Inside Sales
• Associate degree in a business, communication or marketing or equivalent experience
• Proven skills with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel as a minimum)
• Good written and verbal communication
• Good basic math
• Good mechanical understanding and
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet
