CNC Machinist

CNC Machinists are needed for our Illinois location. Must have experience setting up and operating turning/ lathes machining centers/ CNC milling machines. The ability to program / perform line edits using Fanuc (G&M codes) or Mazatrol (conversational) is a must. We welcome all CNC Operators/ CNC Machinists/ CNC Supervisors to apply today for immediate consideration.
Requirements:
Operate CNC Machines
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and various gauges and dial/ test indicators
Set Up CNC Mills/ CNC Lathes
Perform program edits/ CNC Line edits
Must know how to read a blueprint/ schematics
Must be able to machine tolerances as low as .0001
Experience with: Okuma, Nakamura, Haas, Mori Seiki, Mazak, etc. is a major plus.
CNC Programming is also a major plus
Manual machining [Use of Wire/ Sinker EDM, Bridgeport Mills is an added plus]
