When, Where, and What?

 

  • Our current openings are Full-Time / Permanent, in our Sterling, VA Headquarter office.
  • Scheduled working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

 

ABBTECH seeks Recruiters that are motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Our ideal candidates are comfortable with the following tasks:

 

  • Partnering with sales reps to identify effective sourcing strategies with the objective of presenting 2 – 3 qualified candidates for each opening / recruiting assignment.  
  • Developing compelling job postings to attract candidates.
  • Utilizing a variety of search techniques (job boards, social networking, personal networking, etc.) to identify passive candidates.
  • Screening / interviewing multiple candidates daily (phone, Skype, or in-person)
  • Participating in networking opportunities / job fairs as appropriate.
  • Managing all candidate activity in ABBTECH’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Reporting weekly on candidate activity for management transparency.
  • Promoting our company and career opportunities in the community.
