We’re currently interviewing to fill multiple Bilingual Medical Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) positions that are going to be a part of a brand-new team providing assistance to callers with anything from billing inquiries, routine follow ups, and step-down care guidance to scheduling appointments and explaining EOB’s.
To be able to do all that, you’re going to need call center experience, so we’re looking for candidates with 1+ years of call center experience. In this position, you’re not just a representative but a true patient advocate.

Explaining patient accounts and help patients with issues
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School education or GED required.
Bilingual - Spanish and English
1+ years of call center experience.
Types 35 WPM or higher
Experience with a cloud based telephone system is a plus
