We have an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our, Cleveland, Oh headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of related Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications experience
  • High School diploma
  • Intermediate experience with Excel
  • Manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and accurately apply all incoming invoices
    • Responsible for working with checks, credit cards, daily cash, electronic lockbox, and wire transfers
    • Reconcile cash receipts to bank records
    • Researches and resolve payment discrepancies and follow up with Shared Services Manager
    • Handle daily mailings and maintain filing
    • Prepare bank deposits daily
    • Assist with other daily tasks as needed
