commissions from an average range of $385/ACES organization enrollment (1 employee organization) up to $3,480/ACES organization (25 employee organization) or more for larger organizations per each ACES organization enrollment
- commissions on households completing applicable Section B VOWAS VIP enrollment commissions per each individual head of household enrollment which ranges from an average range of $15/hour (low income household) up to $450/hour (above average household) or more for higher income households
- commissions on organizations completing applicable Section B VOWAS VIP enrollment commissions per each individual organizational ACES enrollment which ranges from an average range of $75/hour (small organizations) up to $750/hour (small-to-medium organizations) or more for larger organizations
weekly override commissions on each Field Agent's production in your Division, from an average range of $1,184 weekly (5 division members) up to $35,544 weekly (150 division members) or more as your division grows
weekly override commissions on each Analyst's production in your Division, from an average range of $161 weekly (5 division members) up to $4,826 weekly (150 division members) or more as your division grows

A successful Vice President of Sales, after their first six months has the opportunity to advance into a Chief Sales Officer role which includes higher commissions and overrides in your Division, as well as organizational profit sharing. You'll champion your own Division by involving other qualified VP's and Directors, as well as qualified Business Consultants, Recruiters, Analysts, Field Agents, and Financial Consultants.
With good performance (at least an 80% Performance or Effective Rating) through your first twelve weeks, you have the opportunity to progress to a representative or associate level stock earning role which includes larger stock options.Benefits offered:
