Job Requirements

Maintains record of personnel-related data with accuracy (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, attendance, and timecard) in both paper and the database.


Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.


Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.


Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.


Supports the onboarding/off-boarding process by administering orientation, sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.


Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.


High level ability in various software applications; e.g., MS Suite (MS Excel and Power Point in particular), update employee data, time clock system.


Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.


Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

Bilingual- Spanish and Fluent in English (Required)


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development.


Business Administration, Management, Organizational Behavior, Psychology or equivalent prior experience in HR role.


Must be an expert ability in MS Office – Above intermediate skills in Excel required.


Ability to handle data accurately and with high level of confidentiality.


Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and service mindset.
