Jadcore, LLC . - A leading post-industrial plastics recycler that buys plastic in bulk and converts it to plastic pellets - is now hiring a Sales Account Manager (Remote) for our Film & Bag Division!


Centrally located in Terre Haute, Indiana, Jadcore began as a family owned start-up business in 1974 and has grown to one of the largest full service post-industrial recycling operations in the Midwest. The Company produces high quality bags. All bags are made from superior recycled plastics and undergo a rigorous testing process. Jadcore’s bags are private label branding and 100% recycled materials.

Position Purpose:

  • Manage and develop sales growth with new and existing customers. Working directly with our film and bag manufacturing facility to ensure customer growth and satisfaction. 

Hours/Benefits

  • Full-time status
  • 50% travel

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required with a bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
  • 5 years minimum experience in direct sales of bag and/or film applications.
  • Proven work history of sales growth and customer management.
  • Ability to develop new business through prospecting and customer development. 
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work directly with manufacturing to ensure customer needs are achieved. 
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing, proofing, and prioritizing. 
  • Excellent analytical and resolution skills. 

Essential Job Requirements 

  • Travel as required to service new and existing customers.
  • Work directly with all levels of management and purchasing.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of product applications and industry standards. 
  • Self-driven individual with the ability to set goals and achieve with little supervision.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office with some plant exposure 
  • When in plant some exposure to moving equipment, heat, fumes, and moderately loud noise levels. 
  • Use of safety glasses, ear plugs, and work boots/shoes required in plant

Principal Accountabilities 

  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Ensure profitable customer base.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts.
