C3 is hiring for Full-Time Work from Home Customer Service Representative positions. This position is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding products and services related to client programs. You will provide callers with thorough service that builds relationships, resolves issues, and increases overall trust and satisfaction in client’s products and services. Candidates must currently reside in either Florida or Texas.

If you have experience working with customers on the phone or in person, can work an 8 hour shift at home between the hours of 7 am MST and 7 pm MST, and live in Florida or Texas, then we want you to apply today!

 Some experience in customer service in any industry preferred; college degree may be substituted for experience

 H.S. diploma/G.E.D. required

 At least 18 years of age

 Able to work a full time schedule

 Able to work legally work for any U.S. employer without visa sponsorship

 Willing to submit to background and drug check

 Currently reside in the state of Florida or Texas
