Hedy Holmes is in search of an Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire position with an Agricultural company located in Calistoga, CA. This position will be supporting Inside Sales throughout the North Coast. To be responsible for over-flow walk-ins and all online inquires for New Turf, Compact Tractors and used equipment from outside the North Coast.
Product focus is:
1. Large Property Owner (Compact Utility Tractor Market) - 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5E Series John Deere Tractors and all corresponding Implements
2. John Deere Turf (Mowers) and Utility Line (Gators)
3. Online Used Inquires from Outside NC
o Will be primary support for Santa Rosa Inside Sales Representative. Supporting them by taking deliveries and mower customers off plate when busy
o Will support NC Sales Manager on product deliveries where needed
o Will be responsible for be main point person (logistics and attendance) for festival, product displays and shows.
o Responsible for sales, quotes, customer support, technical support, customer outreach and store support in various departments as needed.
o Responsible for immediate follow up on all Internet leads.
o Proactively assesses, clarifies, validates and communicates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
o Responsible for all sales calls coming into assigned store and overflow for other stores throughout the company.
o Inside sales goals reviewed monthly using Inside Sales Scorecard that includes Budgeted Sales, Total Sales, Win %, Customer Follow-up, Mystery Shopper Results, Training, etc.
o Meets sales volume and sales objectives on assigned inside sales goals.
o Engages with dealership personnel when needed in completing a sale, answering customer account questions and ensuring customer account needs are met.
o Maintains current product knowledge of all product focus equipment.
o Monitors and timely communicates any competitive activity to management.
o Actively participates in local and regional industry associations or events to increase product awareness in the community.
o Attends applicable sales training events, seminars and meetings.
o Able to drive for company business per our policy and insurance carrier requirements.
o Other duties as assigned
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
o 5 Years of retail sales and or customer service experience
o Ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office and company sales software
o Ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends
o Ability to work at various locations as needed
