Our Hudson client is searching for a Bookkeeper to handle all aspects of A/R, A/P, invoicing, and some payroll. This company boasts a small, family-like atmosphere but is also growing and busy. This is a temp-to-hire full time position.
· General Office Duties
· Answering Multi-line Phones
· Greet Vendors and Guests
· Ordering office supplies
· Payroll through Paychex system
· Log in General Ledger
· Human Resource duties
· Accounting using QuickBooks and Epicor Vantage
· Accounts Payable
· Accounts Receivable
· Basic Excel
· Ability to Multitask crucial
· The successful candidate will be very detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and a pleasant attitude.
· 2-4 years of prior bookkeeping
· Proficient QuickBooks user.
· An ability to learn new software systems quickly is preferred.
