We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Assistant who is looking for a career that offers constant coaching, development, and long-term growth. This is a client-facing role, so the main objective of the Customer Service Assistant is to meet with customers and clients, deliver personalized production recommendations, and establish a long-term relationship in an effort to cultivate the long-term product and brand loyalty. This position IS entry-level and organic growth is a staple in our organization. As the Customer Service Assistant, you are provided one-on-one coaching and mentorship to successfully cross-train int o an upper-level management position.

The role: Customer Service Assistants work in an environment that is based on being apart of an upbeat team and being included in our family-oriented atmosphere. By bringing together a diverse team with various skills and experience, it allows us to keep up with the current technologies and create innovative ideas to market to our customers. This is an in-office position and the selected individual would be responsible for commuting to the office regularly. We ensure all employees are following local and CDC guidelines in order to create and maintain a healthy environment for all employees
