Job Description

Dynamic and rapidly-growing expansion office is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant. We are a fast growing and major player in the financial industry and need a self starter who will be responsible for various office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant.

Job Requirements

- Strong communication skills and able to receive coaching - Skills in internet research - Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
